Shay’s mantra seems to be to strike rarely, but to leave a lasting impression every time. Yet this low productivity doesn’t detract from her notoriety, and even tends to build anticipation around each of her appearances. Shay first came to public attention in 2016 with the release of her debut album “Jolie Garce” after being part of the Belgian collective “BX Vibes”, returned in 2019 with the powerful album “Antidote” and has gradually built a solid place for herself in French-language rap.
